Viz in Process - Dear Barbie - Step 3 - Start Creating

This is the step I look forward to—where the idea starts to take shape for real. After sketching out the plan in Miro, I jump into Tableau and start building.

There’s something energizing about this moment. I know the direction I want to go, and now it’s about translating the concept into something visual. I try out different chart types, refine the structure, and let the design evolve as I go.

Sometimes things work right away. Sometimes a quick adjustment leads to a better idea. But either way, this is where the viz starts coming to life on the canvas.

It’s not about perfection—it’s about momentum. And this step? It’s full of it.
